★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had an urgent family member matter that left me mistakenly forgetting my appointment. After explaining to the customer service rep, I was informed that I would have to pay for 50% of my missed service. I’ve had over 10 services in the last 2 months and have never missed a service. There was ZERO compassion. Admittedly, the missed appointment was on me but the way it was handled given my loyalty, was extremely disappointing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a wonderful visit today with Kate. She's a lovely person and an incredible hairdresser and she did an amazing job on my hair. I keep getting compliments on it! I would definitely recommend her service and Mahogany as a whole for a great experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been going to see Jen S at the stittsville location since 2009. I have now moved to south keys area and I still make the trip to her to get my hair done and I don’t think I will ever go anywhere else! The workers are always so polite and always greet with a smile!

They go out of their way to ensure a relaxing visit for their clients and offer excellent quality products. Each staff member brings top tier experience, a wealth of knowledge and they consult you along the way so you are always informed. It’s a great place for self-care!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Treated my hard working feet to a pedicure yesterday with Megan. Thanks for a great job, feet look and feel fantastic. Hair cut and style with Tiffany. Love it and actually got a compliment from my husband...he said it is be best cut I have had in a long time. So big thanks to Tiffany. Mahogany Spa is such a pleasant place to visit for any reason. Beautiful property, so tranquil, clean and very professional staff. Looking forward to my next visit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I chose Mahogany Salon and Spa for hair and makeup services for my wedding and they exceeded my expectations! They opened early for us as we were a large group and it was so special to have the entire salon to ourselves. They had multiple makeup artists and hair stylists there so we could all get done in a few hours time. The work they did was incredible and everyone left so happy with how they looked for the wedding! April, my makeup artist, was incredibly sweet and is so talented! She made us all feel so cared for and beautiful, and her recommendation for false lashes for the wedding day really took my bridal look to another level- I loved it!
A special shout-out to Amanda, our bridal coordinator, who made the planning process so easy and well organized. On the morning of the wedding she also ran around making us all coffees, teas, mimosas and had so many little details that made everything feel so glamorous and special! She even had a little welcome sign with my name on it and embroidered wine glasses. Truly the best experience and I would 100% recommend to anyone looking to have a stress-free wedding morning where you leave looking incredible! Thank you to the entire Mahogany team!
