★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s only a thrift store by name. The prices are absolutely insane considering it was all donated. Lots of stuff was priced far higher than it’s worth. Drive from Gatineau to check it out, left empty handed. Staff is nice but a little too in their own world. Whoever is pricing should be fired. I’d say skip this location entirely and go to any St. Vincent where they cater to the community and aren’t just a money grabbing rip off.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was visiting with friends in Kemptville recently and afterwards decided to check out this thrift store. I was pleasantly surprised at how spacious and well laid out everything is. I have never been to any S.A.Thrift store that was this nice before. The prices are very reasonable and the staff very friendly & helpful. I would consider another drive from Ottawa to visit this location again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very clean, lovely items for sale. A bit on the smaller side, but has a lot of selection anyway. Friendly staff. Near Christmas they had some indigenous made coats that were just beautiful; the artist was there and worked extremely hard.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best thrift stores this side of Ottawa, super friendly and always a wide variety of stuff to look through. Roughly half clothing, but also good selection for kitchen, toys, and housewares/electronics. The store is always clean and well organized.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ March 9th 2021, They closed the washroom to the customers, placed a bed frame in front of it so you can’t get in, so if you plan to go here after an hours drive and like all humans including the staff, have to use the washroom don’t even think about it. So dehumanizing. Avoid places that do this. I don’t think I need to elaborate any further!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst thrift store , the items are so overpriced always and they never have new stuff I would go there months after and shelves would still have the same old stuff as before . Anything decent and the price markup is insane crazy how thirfts are supposed to be affordable but most of their items cost as new
