K	Kevin Pearson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Suites are excellent, we only stayed the one night but thoroughly enjoyed the jacuzzi tub. Very clean and oh ya, the king size bed was very comfortable.
S	Steven Woodhead on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife and I had a great stay at the Kemptville Suites during an overnight visit in mid-June. We loved the ability to check-in via keypad. And the room itself was beautiful -- exposed brick, modern bath fixtures, and exceptionally clean and tidy. The amenities were also great. Our room included a fridge FULL of cold water bottles, a great selection of snacks, free wifi and even Netflix. The bed was very comfortable and the room kept cool by the AC. The shower was great and overall the room was quiet. Only issue we had was minor -- the in-room clothes iron dripped some gunky looking water (presumably built up from the steaming feature) on to my dress shirt, staining it slightly. This isn't uncommon for clothes irons, but it was inconvenient considering I hadn't brought another one. Would recommend the owners try to at least flush these or maybe replace every so often. But again, a minor issue that definitely won't be a common experience. Overall, would stay here again for sure.
H	H Lissa Lowe on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful room, snacks were great. Unfortunately that's where the positives end. And the negatives definitely outweigh the positives. I contact them because we were coming from out of town for a wedding and they readily allowed us to check in early. Great! Once we arrived the room lock code would not work. Thankfully a staff member was around and let us in so we could change and not be late for the wedding. Room lock code still did not work at our original check in time. Now the kicker. When you stay at a hotel room you need a comfy bed right? They have it all wrong. This bed was lumpy, smelt bad and definitely felt like more than a hundred people slept on it from how worn it felt. We both had a very sore neck and back the next day. Should also mention that the shower pressure was not good, the shower door would not open all the way so we had to squeeze through - and we're average size. I contacted the manager as stated in their follow up email. The email said to NOT post any reviews on the internet if they were poor but to call instead. I directly because I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt. Said she would get back to me and didn't. For $270 a night (early bird rate so expect more than that), look elsewhere. My family members stayed about 10 minutes further from the wedding venue at a Best Western and had a great experience.

Huge windows - bright and airy, adjustable blinds for nightfall.... Nespresso. REAL cream and milk in the fridge! And lots of water too, not just two little half bottles like many hotel rooms sport. Did I mention the heated tile floor in the bathroom? And yes, a great selection of snacks! Bottom line?? Thank you Kemptville Suites. We'll be back!

The accommodations are incredible you are greeted in your room with a basket of goodies and a mixture of hot beverages are available free of charge. The beds are very comfortable the pillows are amazing. The heated floors in the bathroom are an extra Added Touch. We will certainly return it's become an annual tradition for New Year's Eve.

Lots of little things that make the stay special. Love the attention to detail. You are really made to feel like you are being served here. Had one small issue with online booking that was resolved expertly within minutes. A follow-up call was made in order to apologize and ensure everything was resolved. Highly, highly recommend for overnights or a romantic night away.

The prices were very reasonable they even had free snacks water and coffee in the room! Nice tv and fireplace I would definitely recommend coming here I have nothing bad to say about our stay here we will be back again!

The rooms are extremely quiet and we like to consider Kemptville Suites our home away from home! In the evening, sip a glass of wine across the street or enjoy a cold pint at the neighbourhood pub.
