I didn't know what I wanted other than "love and cheer" so the person who took my order helped by asking some questions (basket, vase, cut) (how much to spend) (any fav flowers)...I gave a budget and said "I trust you". My friend messaged me today, she's thrilled. I'm so happy I called Ann-Lynn, and they absolutely earned my trust.
