★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife, who works night shifts, made an appointment to get our 14 year old dog groomed. Getting him out of the house and into the car is a lot of work for the poor guy. She arrives at Animo for the appointment, only to be told that the groomer isn't in. They never called to cancel and were rude to my wife when she arrived, basically saying it's not their problem. never going back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nash has been groomed by Julie-Ann for 7 years now. Julie and Animo Vaudreuil is providing a great service. Nash can be difficult to groom sometimes, and Animo and Julie take the time needed to do a great job. I appreciate the service this establishment is giving. Many thanks to all from me and Nash.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just got my morkie groomed at Animo and I couldn’t be more pleased! I asked Julianne the groomer to give him the “puppy cut” and it came out great. Looked just like the picture I showed her. Charlie will be looking good for our Xmas pictures! Overall great experience with the staff, would highly recommend.
