★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Laurie is kind and I have been using her for years but I just got my dog groomed and she CUT OFF ALL HIS WHISKERS!!! The dog's behavior is really off he is sulky and withdrawn and we could not figure out why as we did not realize right away. I am so very upset with her. There is no reason to ever cut a dog or a cats whiskers. It also took 3 hrs. I guess she must have hired some staff and not trained them. Very very very disspointed ;-(

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Laurie is wonderful with dealing with different skin problems in dogs. She was able to help me find solutions to my dogs skin problems. She’s set up like a doggie daycare and my dog was always happy to see her. She always looked beautiful when I picked her up.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They gave our leash to someone else, after we mentioned to them that it was sentimental and that we want it back because our dog is sick and dying of cancer, they can’t be bothered to find it. They lied to us that they had found it and promised to return it to our house. Still nothing. We call back to complain and the story changes as now they cannot find it again. You should be ashamed of yourselves Laure-Marie.
