Dr Ibrahim was amazing with our cat. Recently we welcomed a new puppy home. this clinics new ownership is a nightmare. This is no longer a clinic I can recommend. They were unable to provide proper pricing quotes. Our little guy had a cyst on his neck and this clinic ignored all our communications. We were asked to email them and they would not check the emails. They would confirm that they would call us back and never contact us. Finally after a week of trying to get someone to talk us, even though we were told to email and assured on multiple occasions that we would be called back they never did. I located a caring and professional vet that respects pet owners unlike this clinic. If you want to be ignored and receive shady price quotes this is the place for you. AVOID this location Dr Ibrahim is no longer the owner and the poor customer service reflects this.

I adopted 2 farel kittens at about 6 months old. Male and female from different litters. Long story short. I ended up with 13 kittens! Even though I was assured the female was fixed. I needed to get my male Wicked fixed fast. Plus all this was in Covid, so it makes it worse. Anyway, one of their lovely assistance came to my house to help me trap him and get him in the carrier. After a nearly half hour we got him in. Thank you so much. They went way above and beyond! Truly I can't thank them enough! ?

UPDATE: we have spoken to the vets themselves and the issue is being dealt with. I have updated my stars accordingly. We have been using this vet for about 20 years, the vets are great but we can no longer continue trying to deal with the one receptionist. She has been rude, condescending, and downright a c*nt when trying to deal with her. She tries to give advise as if she is the veterinarian and then lies and says that that was not the advice she gave when called out. This has happened multiple times. She also is super condescending when we try to book appointments. When asked if I could do a certain date and I said no she belittled me and said "look, I'm trying to do you a favour". I said I was not looking for favour and I was not asking for an emergency appointment but that the next available appointment would be fine (As the appointment that she suggested I would be busy taking a friend to her Chemo appointment I was very offended that she would suggest I blow her off to take my dog to the vet, again for a non-emergency issue). It is a real shame as the vets and other receptionist are quite nice, but again we can no longer handle being disrespected by this girl.

I called the Animal Hospital on May 27, 2020 concerned about my fur baby. As you know this is during Covid. Now we weren’t current patients of this hospital as we had been self isolating since March break up at our cottage. As we both work at a high school and are now working from home. I had already called some other vet clinics but they were not taking new patients due to covid. The lady that answered the phone was incredible. She told me they had no appointments available today. But they did have a video telehealth through Baywood Animal Hospitals that they offered. It was a $50.00 charge and I would be talking to a vet. She explained that if the doctor still wanted my dog to be seen in the office then that $50.00 would be credited back on our visit. She sent me an email. I created an account, typed out my concerns. Added photos of her wound. chose an available time which was only 15 minutes away. Dr. Greg McWatt was compassionate, knowledgeable, caring and down to earth. He diagnosed what was wrong and called in her prescription. He didn’t try to up sell any additional tests. By the time we drove into town to pickup the prescription and cone of shame it was ready. I call the animal hospital when we got there. They took payment over the phone. Placed our package outside. We talked to vet tech while maintaining the six feet for social distancing. She explained the dosages. answered our questions. And was super friendly. I could not recommend this clinic highly enough.

I brought my sisters little pug cross Leo there I was disappointed that the previous vet who owned the practice had retired but didn't know where else to go at the time I so wish I had brought him somewhere else it was Thurs I told the vet that had just taken over there can't remember her name it was quite a few years ago that he was losing weight fast all of a sudden I knew something was wrong, they took blood work and didn't call me until the following Monday he had already passed Thanks for nothing after I had bragged about how wonderful this place was to my sister she trusted me to bring him in and they did nothing. I wish I could remember the young woman's name that wasn't knowledgeable about anything

This is a great vet if you don't care about your animals. My cat stopped eating enough and puking up what she did she was losing weight fast so I took her here they said to change the food I did that she still wasn't eating or gaining weight we changed food again as to the vet's advice but there was no improvement we tried calling to see if there was anything else we could do. They never suggested we bring her in or take her for an x-ray. I should've done something sooner but I trusted the vet until it was too late. I eventually took her to a emergency vet she had had a hair tie tangled in her intestines. She likely wouldn't survive surgery and I had to put her down. She was only 3 years old

We just had our 12 yr lab Dakota checked out! They have great service. Prices are reasonable and best of all Dakota was happy and relaxed with all of them. And they were so good with her, showing her all the love she expects from everyone she meets lol
