I had dropped of a diamond stud earring and a spare diamond. I asked that the spare diamond be matched in the setting I dropped off. I paid $226 for half an earring and when I received it the backings were completely different. I spoke to the employee S. about this and she said for an additional $40, they could get me a backing to match. Wow. That was the whole purpose of paying the original cost. Disappointing, I wont be coming back. Zero integrity. How can a customer be treated this way?

I absolutely love this jewelry store, the theme of the owners Grandmother (Anice) running through the store is really beautiful, the brand logo is actually her signature ? I have purchased items from their branded line and have also had older jewelry of mine reimagined into beautiful new pieces that I thought I could never wear again. The last two times I was in, a lovely lady named Sachelle helped me with my items. I was very happy with my service both times. This little shop gets busy though so visit when you have some time because they are always packed on the weekends! Love Anice!

I recently purchased a custom necklace for my daughter at Anice over the holidays. Such an amazing experience. I was unsure of what I was looking for and was on a strict budget. The people at Anice guided me through and helped make suggestions that ended up in a beautiful, unique and perfectly priced gift my daughter loves. Thank you Anice for making my jewlery experience so special. I will be returning when ever I need my jewlery needs met. A special place I highly recommend!

I took the day off work yesterday in order to visit Anice Jewellery to purchase a necklace and pendant for myself. I was super excited about my visit as I've had a great experience in the past, but this time around I received customer service that left much to be desired. When I entered the store, I was greeted warmly which I really appreciated, and I mentioned to the staff that I wanted to buy a necklace. The staff was very helpful in pointing me to the right direction. But once two other ladies entered the store after me, the staff turned their attention to only attending to them and I was completely forgotten. They did not ask if I needed help, or if I had questions. Not having received a body language cue or verbal communication from the staff, I tried to get their attention by standing next to the other two ladies, but that didn't seem to work (even though I was in their plain view). They seemed to be so focused on helping these two ladies that they had forgotten that I was also in the store. When I asked for their help with trying on a necklace, they seemed annoyed at the prospect of having to stop what they were doing to assist me. I returned the necklace and milled about for a few minutes longer before leaving, feeling frustrated and disappointed because I really wanted to buy something but I was not enjoying my experience. It was even more disappointing when I compared how differently this staff interacted with the two ladies with how they treated me. I acknowledge that they are only one person and can only reasonably attend to one thing at a time and I was happy to wait if it was communicated to me that I should, but it was bizarre to me, especially with Anice being a bespoke jewellery store, that they would be ok with providing this level of customer service. No customer wants to have to feel neglected, but this is what I unfortunately experienced at Anice Jewellery.

This spot is truly a gem (pun fully intended). I've had only wonderful experiences with their customer service - during the height of the pandemic I ordered a few stacking rings online and the wrong sizes were sent to me. I messaged them and told them I could easily come in and exchange them, but instead the manager of the store came directly to my apartment and hand delivered me the right ones, which was above and beyond my expectations. And I was just in store this weekend and had a lovely experience with Janine (I hope I'm spelling that right) - she mentioned she was new at the store but she was so confident and knowledgeable, and she was a joy to deal with. My friend and I both purchased some rings and we're now just waiting on them to be made. I know I'll be back in future, can't wait for my next Anice treasure!

My friends and I had a private booking to make custom jewellery for my bachelorette, and all of the employees were so kind and patient with us all! Fran was our instructor and she was very helpful and so sweet! I would definitely recommend Anice for a unique, fun bachelorette activity with all your friends!! To top it off I now have my own customized β€˜something blue’ bracelet that I designed to wear on my wedding day?? Thank you so much for the lovely experience?

I highly recommend Anice Jewellery for all your jewellery needs! I had 4 necklaces custom made for my flower girls and I'm so happy with how they turned out. I worked directly with Sashelle and she was a dream! She was able to squeeze my rush order into their busy schedule. She was attentive, professional and talented! Thank you Anice team!
