By Google’s reviews and from friends, our family inquired KBL Law’s legal help on Real Estate. Because of our limited knowledge on this and our countless questions, Andrew has spent 3 amount of time for our 1 transition. We just wonder is a lawyer also on 12 hours’ rotation?
Andrew reading your questions, he can quickly find where you need help & advise you on the right track. His incredible open communication throughout the legal process, we just could not find the best words to express our appreciation, KBL law is a great team to work with. Highly recommend.

He would give me tips and suggestions that I did not even know I needed being a first time home buyer. He would respond back promptly and professionally during all my crazy hours and requests. My husband and I needed a real estate lawyer to complete the sale of our house! I called around to multiple lawyers office and had rude secretaries, lawyers assistants and even one who “was too busy”. When I called Andrews firm I was kindly greeted and even congratulated for selling our home by his assistant! This was my first sign I was finally talking to the RIGHT place!! I was advised to email Andrew for a quote on his fees and he had responded within 10 minutes with all the information I needed!!
When we signed it took all of 5 minutes and the fee for our house sale was VERY reasonable. If ever I were to recommend a lawyer - find a friendly, educated and fair priced firm like KBL!! You’ll have no stress working with them!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wow! Andrew you’re amazing. I found him by google reviews and yep they’re all accurate. When I messaged him to get some information and ask my millions of questions. Quick response and explained everything thoroughly.
Very convenient he’s mobile and meets on evenings which makes things even easier. We hired Andrew to represent us for our sale and purchase and would definitely recommend him to anyone. Fees are extremely reasonable and doesn’t charge for everything little things like I’ve been quoted from others.
You won’t regret it!!!!! Thank you Andrew for all you’ve done and making this process so much easier than I was stressed about.
