★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I walked into Andre's and it was super busy. Shaun asked me if I needed any assistance and I said yes. He told me that he would get someone to help me. Brandon came over and helped me purchase a new washer and dryer. I left the store at 4 pm. By 5:00 pm they phoned and said they were on their way to deliver them to me and arrived shortly after. In no time, my new washer and dryer were in place and ready for us to hook up. Amazing service!

They took the truck in promptly, and called as soon as it was done. Very pleasant to deal with. A positive experience overall.

There were 4 personnel at the front desk when we arrived, and none of them could be bothered to greet us with a simple hello or offer consultation. After we walked around for a couple minutes finally someone came to ask if we needed help. However, it really wasn’t a competent consultation. We didn’t feel welcome in the store whatsoever. Also it is extremely dark inside. Will not be returning!
