★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cannot figure out these employees...I was asked to wear a mask and when I explained I am exempt...they proceeded to say I still have to wear one in strap of saying "I'm sorry, we can't serve you". If someone is exempt...do not treat people with disdain and try to force them to wear one.

Mostly get my drink orders right.
Sidenote: an express lane exclusively for drinks would be nice.
I loved the express lane when I lived in the lower mainland 5 years ago.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Drive through is horribly slow, waited over 20 min to order a coffee and another 5 min to get to the window. My coffee was NOT stirred. This location needs a dedicated COFFEE ONLY LINE. I'm tired of waiting almost half an hour to get a coffee, if I have to wait that long they should pay for my gas, probably burnt a litter of gas just waiting. HORRIBLY SLOW DRIVE THROUGH, COFFEE IS NEVER STIRRED.

First the got our order completely wrong by forgetting 2 items, not putting sugar or cream in our coffee, but after hitting the highway and opening our breakfast bagels, they were not the bagel we asked for, and the egg was not the usual egg used for breakfast bagel and was only half the size of the sandwich.
