★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After doing taxes for my parents for many years, we thought we would continue using this firm to do our own family taxes. When we dropped off the taxes (which had complete, organized information) we were told he'd call us in a week. I gave him 2 wks. and after calling several times leaving messages to which none were returned, we went in and were told they weren't done yet but probably by that coming Friday. We gave it till Friday - 3 weeks from the original drop off date - and were again told they weren't 'quite done'. When I asked what does 'not quite done' mean - he said he hadn't even started them. Needless to say we were very frustrated with the whole situation and delay so we took our taxes back and took to another accountant who did them in 3 days. We ll be using someone else going forward.
