★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a great experience at this store! My daughter and I went in to browse and maybe buy a dance outfit. We found a few nice things and we were greeted by a friendly gal and directed to a fitting room. When I purchased the items and left, I then realized I had forgotten to give them my 10% off discount coupon! In fact I had forgotten to bring it. When I went back in and asked if it was possible to still get the discount if I came back later with the coupon, the woman said of course and that she would actually give us the discount with an extra coupon she had there for students from our dance studio. Wow! Best customer service ever!! I will definitely be back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a wonderful experience here!! I signed my daughter up for ballet classes last minute and thought I would be able to grab an outfit before her class started. Well to my surprise there were very little stores open on Sunday. I contacted the owner Cheryl through And All That Jazz FB page at 8pm. She replied!! I couldn't believe it. She informed me that they were fully booked for Sunday as they are currently taking appointments only to keep their customers safe due to COVID (which is smart). But she told me if I could come at 11:50am then she would squeeze me in if I just had some simple items to pick up. I am so appreciative that she would do this for me, a new customer and someone that had reached out to her so last minute. They had everything I needed and more. The other girls working there as well were so sweet to my little girl. I definitely will be back and recommend this place to anyone looking for good quality dance, gym, swim and skate wear! Thank you again, we truly appreciate your kindness.

My daughter only tried on a pair of tights to find out they're too small and they wouldn't exchange. Worst customer service I've dealt with in a long time. I will never go back to this store.
