Cara has used her extra sensory abilities to aide in reiki healing, intuitive talk therapy and shamanic journeys to help me integrate my shadow and past traumas that I never thought I would heal from. I have struggled for years with feeling empty and trying to navigate through childhood abuse and I didn't think I would ever feel complete or balanced again. If you have childhood trauma, ptsd or just need some gentle guidance, healing and energy clearing I couldn't recommend anyone more highly. She has helped me change my life and who I am forever and I truly am a more whole and healed person because of her. I will be forever grateful ?
