A wide variety of availability across practitioners, the simplicity of the online booking process, and direct billing for insurance are all great additional perks. So pleased to have found my new go-to massage therapy clinic in Kingston!

β β β β β I went for a massage today, and the staff were so friendly and helpful! The RMT was extremely professional, but also personal. She continued to check on me during the massage, making sure I was comfortable and in no pain.
The decor was modern and chic, and very inviting.
I will be coming here from now on!

β β β β β They direct bill to my insurance company, no money left my pocket. Always professional and very knowledgeable! Mackenzie is very helpful and often will suggest stretches to do at home. Very resourceful.

β β β β β My first experience with Limestone Therapies was amazing! McKenzie was professional, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. She was easy to talk to and made me feel comfortable from the get-go. She asked about and focused on my areas of concern and sent me home with a few stretches to help with those areas.
The location itself was clean and quiet. They also followed COVID-19 procedures to ensure the safety of both the employees and the clients.

β β β β β The best massage Iβve ever had! Iβve been here 4 times and Iβve had Brendon as my therapist. I suffer from SI issues due to lots of cycling and rowing so I need deep tissue work done. He is so focused and seems to be mentally present the entire time. It can be a bit painful because I specifically ask for deep tissue massages, heβs strong and has the endurance to maintain pressure for the entire hour. I honestly donβt know how he does it. Iβm pretty muscular with a lot of knots, when I leave I feel like a new person.
