Quand j'ai essayé de faire part d'inquiétudes qui n'avaient pas de lien avec ses compétences, elle s'est offensé et son attitude est devenue carrément désagréable. Elle n'était pas très à l'écoute et je me suis sentie extrêmement mal à l'aise et stressée. Personally I found it very difficult for human contact. I didn't feel she was there to help me and I felt bad for clarifying things. When I tried to voice concerns that were unrelated to her skills, she got offended and her attitude became downright unpleasant. She was not listening very well and I felt extremely uncomfortable and stressed.

Elle se donne corps et âme pour son travail. Je la recommande chaudement. Vous pouvez tout lui demander elle sait tout faire à un prix vraiment raisonnable. Wow great experience, she's not only an unparalleled experienced seamstress, but a great person who is always looking to help us. She gives herself body and soul for her work. I highly recommend her. Un prix par téléphone est approximatif, surtout pour un vêtement de mariage. NOUS VIVONS DANS DES TEMPS DIFFICILES, Là où le contact humain est limité, dans mon travail le contact est direct avec le client, lorsque des mesures doivent être prises, j'essaie de passer le moins de temps possible auprès du client ... également avec un nombre limité de personnes, Pour moi, il est très important de suivre les normes établies par Santé Canada, pour le bien-être de la santé de mes clients et de la mienne. Vos commentaires montrent un manque de respect et d'humanité. J'offre un service de couture et pour cela je donne mon expérience et mes connaissances nécessaires pour offrir un bon travail. Expliquer le inexplicable, c’est difícil. ( vous savez de quoi je parle ) Il faut comprendre que travailler avec un masque est difficile et parfois il faut parler plus fort pour se faire comprendre, cela ne veut pas dire être agressif ou désagréable. Un note 5 ou 0, n'est pas important pour moi, l'important est mon travail, chaque problème ou erreur, j'en assume la responsabilité. Aucun de vous ne mentionne que mon travail est mal fait et cela est apprécié, Parceque cela est mon but , donner un travail de qualité ... Pourquoi je réponds à vos propos injuste, simplement parce que c'est à ma personne que vous vous adressez et que je ne vous permettrai pas de me traiter si injustement. C'est incroyable à quel point dans les médias sociaux peuvent traiter une personne de manière injuste. Je me suis sentie comme une ''autre'' cliente pour elle. Je sentais que je devais me dépêcher à essayer la robe et à partir. Elle n'était pas à l'écoute et ne semblait pas vouloir me rendre heureuse. Après tout, je suis allée la voir parce qu'on m'avait donné de bonnes références à son sujet. De plus, le prix qu'elle m'avait donné au départ au téléphone n'est pas du tout le même que j'ai payé. Très déçue. Puis, j'ai tenté de la confronter pour lui expliquer qu'elle n'avait pas une bonne attitude avec moi et elle est monté sur ses grands chevaux et l'a très mal pris. Elle répétait qu'elle avait beaucoup d'expérience et qu'elle avait un seul client par année qui était déçue. Bref, je ne vous conseille pas. Selon moi, lorsque tu travailles avec la clientèle, tu dois être courtois et à l'écoute de celle-ci. I strongly advise against! I had a bad experience with it. Suite à un appel de ma part, elle me dit qu’elle les ferait dans la semaine et que le samedi ce serait prêt. Le samedi ...rien n’était fait! J’ai dû reprendre mes vêtements et j’ai trouvé une autre couturière. Very bad experience. Does not respect its commitments. After 2 weeks, she still hadn't started altering my clothes. After a call from me, she told me that she would do them during the week and that on Saturday it would be ready. On Saturday ... nothing was done! I had to get my clothes back and found another seamstress.
