I finally settled on An tattoo after looking at Chiwon's portfolio and leaving with very good impressions after a consultation. I couldn't be happier with the tattoo, he made some really cool suggestions and made some awesome changes I would have never thought of. Its exactly what I was wanting and the detail is insane. Everything about the process, from the original consult to completing three sessions on my sleeve, exceeded my expectations.
