I first met Amy at a showing in 2017 and she began helping us search for a home in the South Frontenac area. As it turned out we were just on the edge of the housing market boom and we were a little more reserved with our offers than we should have been. Over the last 4 years Amy showed us through 20 or more houses and worked with us to put offers on at least 15 of them, always offering helpful suggestions but never being pushy. She had a lot of patience with the offers we put in and worked with us to help us be competitive in todays fast moving market. She was always very polite and always entertained our offers, some of which were way too low and I’m sure she was wishing we weren’t so cheap. Eventually our patience paid off and with her help we moved into our first home in October of 2021. I would definitely recommend Amy and we will be calling her when it is time to sell.
