★ ★ ★ ★ ★ J'ai eu besoin de leurs services lors du décès de ma mère. Des thérapies de groupe et individuel étaient offerts par des bénévoles ayant reçu une formation. Cela m'a beaucoup aidé. Le bénévole était très gentil et respectueux. Seul bémol peut-être, c'est l'approche un peu religieuse sur les bords, mais c'est tout. Facile à ignorer. Tu prends ce dont tu as besoin.
 I needed their services when my mother died. Group and individual therapies were offered by volunteers who received training. It helped me a lot. The volunteer was very kind and respectful. Only downside maybe, it's a little religious approach on the edges, but that's it. Easy to ignore. You take what you need.
