De plus, il a été tres arrogant à mon égard! Je ne mettrai plus jamais les pieds dans cet établissement. Un service à la clientèle POURRI. Ce n est pas la première fois que j ai une mauvaise expérience avec lui. Ce pharmacien donne une très mauvaise image à la bannière...

L'année dernière, j'ai voulu réserver mon vaccin contre la grippe, et les seuls jours possibles étaient pendant la semaine. Je suis étudiante et suis en classe toute la journée. Après avoir joué au chat et à la souris pendant un mois, je me suis fais dire ''si on ne vous téléphone pas, assumez qu'il n'y en a pas''. Quel manque de professionalisme! Je ne devrais pas avoir à courir après eux pour savoir s'ils ont des vaccins! J'ai téléphoné une fois au jean-coutu et j'ai eu mon vaccin facilement.
Cette année je suis allée en magasin pour chercher un médicament qui demandait un transfert de pharmacie. J'ai attendu pendant 45 minutes sans information, puis quand j'ai décidé de partir, il m'a fait sentir comme si j'avais fait une faute, en me pressant de venir chercher le médicament au lieu de me demander quand serait le meilleur moment pour moi.
De plus, pour un pharmacien, il enlève vraiment beaucoup trop son masque à mon goût. Je ne reviendrai que si je suis coincée, parce que ça ne vaut absolument pas la peine. Rien vu de tel.
Les assistantes au laboratoire sont extrêmement polies et aimables, je pense à elles, surtout en voyant tous les autres commentaires sur cette pharmacie

J'attendais patiemment mon paquet de Covid debout et le pharmacien sur un ton impatient et agressif m'a demandé d'aller m'asseoir. Il est possible de parler au gens poliment avec des mots magiques comme svp. Même après lui avoir posé la question gentiment de pouvoir rester debout il a commencé à m'obstiner plutôt que de montrer de la politesse. Manque de savoir vivre avec la clientèle. Je suis très insatisfait.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pharmacien très irrespectueux,pour des demande spéciale aucune réponse. Je suis entré deux fois dans cette pharmacie même que la troisième j’ai pas pu entrer car fermer. Mais j’ai rencontré le pharmacien à la porte et a pu m’aider car avait oublié de livrer des médicaments. Depuis je pensais avoir une vrai pharmacie près de chez moi mais pas confiance et je m’occupe d’une personne âgée et lui même va renier les services pour un meilleur service.
