★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When this location first opened, it was clean and tidy. After about four or five months the place has gone downhill in terms of cleanliness. I'm not sure if it's the cleaning staff or the person in charge, but whatever the case may be, I personally wouldn't place my loved ones in this facility in this current state.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff appear really friendly. Lots of activities for my grandfather to get involved in. Outside of the specified activities there is not a lot to do. Rooms seem nice. The dementia floor feels a lot more home like then others I have seen (my grandfather is not on this floor we just saw it on the tour). Overall I would highly recommend this place.

Starting with Aliza Dundas, who has been absolutely amazing and helpful from the first interaction, to our first call to Ms. Glenna Mitchell and our pleasurable meetings with Ms. Kristen Southon and her support, Ms. Jane Santaluce who has been with me every step and question I have asked, and needed, to make this a success for my mom. The Concierge has also been such a great help and resource. If I have missed anyone, I apologize, it was a whirlwind for us at the beginning. I can't explain how much it means to us all that you have done so much. Your professionalism and compassion are second to none.
