The representative that sat down with me was very polite and knew what he was talking about. Very good company!

He is product knowledgeable, professional and delivers with integrity. I am comfortable with the plan I chose and comfortable knowing that I have additional financial security. My experience was a good one and I recommend AIL products and Ivan Alumia.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good presentation initially we were impressed even though there is an office in Saskatoon we got call from Vancouver.
Following week we got call from Oregon asking for further details as some were missing, we then got further calls over next 2 months from Las Vegas , Houston, Vancouver again, and Calgary all asking same questions.
We then decided to cancel policy as they seemed clueless on how to write down info, they also were trying incorrect phone even though it is on policy, we were told refund would be on way that was 3 wks ago - nothing yet
Although impressed at first their customer service is disorganized and would not recommend to anyone if this bad when am alive what problems would wife have if I passed

Unfortunately I could not register for this because I am not a permanent resident yet. But as soon as I become one i would be coming back to this company especially because of the amazing conversation I had with Ivan. A really great guy and great company, looking forward to talking talking to Ivan and the company soon
