★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been a loyal customer of Altima Telecom (internet service) for the last 2+ years. The internet speed is very good (I am on 50Mbps), and I am able to perform all my work activities such as video-conferencing with great ease (download speed is excellent). This is not to say that an internet outage never happened, it does happen once in a while (so far I had 2 such incidents in the last 2+ yrs), and when this did happen the technical support team was very supportive, and resolved the issue by sending a technician at the earliest possible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most cold hearted ruthless Money Hungry providers known. Service is always glitchy you pay $87 a month for high speed service that is down quite a bit and doesn’t connect well to wifi devices within 10 feet of the modem then they charge $15 plus tax to ship new modem out. Don’t waste your time spending your money on them find elsewhere

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am actually very pleased with their service. Was having internet issue, the connection was intermittently for like a week. Called them, replaced my modem. They actually called my back twice few days apart to follow up on my issue.
Was a bit disappointed at few 2 calls, got toss around like a dirty rags.
But I am please the turn out.

SURI is a terrible agent. Rude, aggressive, demanding, impatient, not nice and not helpful at all. They don’t care if you don’t have internet and hangs up on you because he doesn’t know what he’s doing and doesn’t want to help the customer. Please reevaluate this guy. I am very disappointed because I have called before and I’ve used Altima for different households. They have been very helpful, but this guy is ruining the company. I am very disappointed with SURI please consider other and more helpful staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been a customer with Altima for a decade and will still stay for its good customer service. Last week reported some wi-fi glitch. The support team immediately proposed sending me a new device (router + modem two in one) to replace my years old one. They provided a guided set up tour via phone after the device arrived. A few minutes and everything went back to normal.

Even though the issue happened during the weekend days, they worked to solve it. Many thanks to the technical support team, especially Ahmed, who was following up to ensure the issue is solved.

But installation was a hassle. We made a minor request for the technician to ensure the operation of their services before concluding and leaving the site since their NEW customer is an 80 year old woman; who doesn't know how to use a cell phone, etc. You would think that when you buy a BUNDLE, the TV box and home phone would be connected and ensured to be fully functional before the technician leaves. Everything the technician did is as follows: unpack the boxes, plug in power and screw in the coaxial cable.
Not off to a good start. Thanks for nothing.
