★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wish I could give 0 stars. Worst in Calgary. I rented, ended my lease early (which is allowed as long as they keep the damage deposit, which I let them!), then 6 months later they send $3500 to collections saying I owe rent + damages. No damages made to the unit (left within 3 months!), tried charging me for re-painting (which wasn’t done when I moved in either), completely ridiculous. Awful company and awful management. Don’t waste your time or money, I’ve never rented from such sneaky individuals.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rudest, sad soul I have ever talked to. Karen was very judgemental…wanted to rent an apartment I am very glad I didn’t..would have been a nightmare there I feel like. I couldn’t provide rental reference as I’ve been living with my parents! Just letting you know Karen. European rooted families don’t kick out their kids at age of 18!!!! That’s why at age of 27 I don’t have rental reference.
