So my appointment was scheduled for 11:30AM and for whatever reasons, he called me at 9:30AM and said he will be coming to my place in 45 minutes, I was in middle of doing things and had to drop everything and made my way to the place. 20 minutes after the first call, he called again and said he is at my place, and when I said I am on my way, he was rude to me, he was like, hurry up as he got to leave. Finally when I got there, he was like, I have to go as I don’t feel like working all day. So he did a rush job cleaning my 2 bedrooms and stairs and hallway in 10-12 minutes. His work was awful and he was rushing and was rude to me the entire time. He even demand for a tip when it comes to the payment.
