He does quotes over the phone, he's the cheapest, (I got quotes from three -- the other two were the "best" rated in Regina on ThreeBestRated) and he totally goes the extra mile. He did a few extra cleanings without my asking and everything looked great. I have had other carpet cleaners who are more expensive and have damaged my stuff without paying for it, etc. I will always go with Cardinal from now on. And you should too!

The stairs in particular were quite dirty (too many reno workers going thru lol) and they look like new! Bad spots are completely gone.
