I called this company and their technician solved the problem in two visit. overall, I was satisfied with the service. I would definitely try them again.

β β β β β Weβre very happy with Alpha Appliance repair. Iβve hired them twice now, for urgent repairs on a dryer and a refrigerator. Allen has come through for us every time and did each job professionally, giving us good advice and fixing the unit at a reasonable price saving us thousands of dollars to replace them. I highly recommend him to anyone!

β β β β β My fridge stopped cooling. I called Alpha Appliances and Allan managed to squeeze us in the same day. He texted half an hour before coming and was very prompt. Followed all covid protocols and we felt very safe. He took the time to explain what the problem was and fixed it in no time. He also made great suggestions for preventative maintenance to help extend the life of our fridge. Price was exactly as described on the phone. Very reliable and trustworthy. I will definitely use their services again.

β β β β β My dishwasher was leaking from the bottom. I was put in touch with Alpha by another service I had used previously. The repairman called promptly and was in the area, so he was able to come in the same day. He quickly took a look and saw the problem. He was communicative and showed me what the problem was. He tested his repair several times to make sure the leak was stopped. All done efficiently and professionally in about an hour. Many, many thanks!

β β β β β Prompt and excellent work for great value. Came to install our Electrolux washer within 12 hours of our initial call. Allen maintained safety measures with regards to COVID19 which we appreciated and finshed the job in a timely manner. We would highly recommend them again.

We were completely satisfied with the job he did and the price was very reasonable. β β β β β I had an amazing experience with Alpha. My dryer had been broken for several months and they were able to fix it for me in one session. They went above and beyond to make sure I had a great experience. They were very professional and answered any questions I had. They even checked my washer for me to make sure there were no issues. I had a problem with my laundry room space and they were able to provide suggestions and did everything in their power to solve my issue. I will definitely be working with them in the future and will recommend them to my friends/family.
