★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recently organized a trip to Tetrahedron Provincial Park for a group of friends and needed to get everyone together and up the mountain safely. I had friends coming in from Alberta, the Lower Mainland and met a few on the Sunshine Coast. Alpha Adventures provided exceptional service in organizing pick up/drop off times and equipment rentals. Jamie picked us up at the Langdale ferry terminal, made a stop to pick up the other friends, and brought us up the mountain along with snowshoes. He was fun, easy to talk to, and knowledgeable about the local conditions. Pick up from the mountain was just as easy as we drove back to the ferry terminal after our 4 day adventure.
Overall, I had a fantastic experience and would recommend them to friends and family alike. Big shout out to Ema and Jamie for such a great experience. 2 thumbs up for sure!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had kayaking lessons with Linnae and she was amazing. She had so much patience with our family, our shy 7 year old was so comfortable with Linnae. She was so well prepared for our adventure, offering sunscreen, bandages and constantly looking out for us on the water. Thank you Linnae for sharing all your kayaking knowledge with us.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So let's be clear I have lived on the coast for 5 1/2 years and we actually shop here! Like I actually purchase hundreds of dollars of clothes, equipment and rentals, shuttles every year.
Today because snow is forcast tomorrow and will continue all day I asked to switch my reservation to a different date. Explaining my vehicle will not safely get me there. Not once did I ask for my money back, I understand a strict no refund policy. Infact I really am not worried about the deposit.
Lack of customer service, that annoys me, young patronizing employees annoy me lack of communication and listening skills annoy me. Lack of customer appreciation annoys me.
I did email the owner, who seems wasnt clearly told the whole story and couldn't even comprehend why I would be annoyed.
I'm sorry this was my experience and I'm actually sorry I have to write this. You will probably have a great experience as I have for the last 5 years. Good luck!
However I will find somewhere else to shop after today.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I highly recommend Alpha adventures. My family of 3 did our first ever ski lesson with them and we learnt so much in 3 hours. Coach Andrej was encouraging and pleasant. My 4 year old had loads of fun too! I would definitely engage Alpha adventures again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I highly recommend Alpha Adventures for a kayak tour. My partner and I were treated to a gorgeous paddle with Linnea yesterday. She was an excellent guide: knowledgeable, professional, and fun to be with. We felt safe and inspired! The boats and gear were high quality and in excellent condition. We can't wait to do it again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A wonderful experience renting canoes from these folks. Everyone I've dealt with through the phone as well as Sarah and Jon who delivered and picked up our canoe was amazing.
Sarah gave us great advice on where to go as well as information on best ways to canoe with our dog!
Overall great experience. Would highly recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I organized a friend's bachelorette on the Sunshine Coast and 8 of us took to the water on a beautiful kayak tour at sunset from Porpoise Bay Provincial Campground. Our guides were friendly and knowledgeable right from initial contact all the way to docking up our kayaks on dry land. We felt safe the whole time and even got to see some bioluminescence which was incredible. We can't wait to get back on the water again with Linnea and team.
