About Allure Medi Spa
Mark R. Thibert, M.D., MDS, F.R.C.S.(C), FACS Lieutenant Colonel Dr. Mark R. Thibert is a Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeon, receiving his medical degree and General Surgery training at the University of Western Ontario (UWO), London, ON, Canada. He completed his Plastic Surgery training at William Beaumont Hospital, Royal Oak, MI, followed by a fellowship in hand and microsurgery at UWO. He obtained a Master’s degree from the Royal Military College of Canada, where he is currently a PhD student in War Studies. Dr. Thibert is an Associate professor of medicine at the Northern Ontario School of Medicine (NOSM), and holds full-time staff duties at the Thunder Bay Regional Health Sciences Centre, Thunder Bay, ON, Canada. He is a Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons of Canada, a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons, and a Member of the American Society for Surgery of the Hand. Dr. Thibert is the Chief of Surgery, President of the Professional Staff Association, and hospital board member. He has also served as Chairman of the Operating Room Committee and Trauma Committees. Dr. Thibert is widely published in areas of microsurgery, medical history, Canadian Foreign Policy, and the early use of plastic surgery in modern war injuries.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brutal. I had purchased a spa package for my wife for Mother's Day while she was pregnant but she was unable to use it during her pregnancy. It just expired a few days ago and they would not honour it. They were not accommodating at all and didn't even try to help. With customer service like that I definitely would not recommend this place.

I always refer my friends who go to Winnipeg to start going to Allure in Thunder Bay, it’s just the best in the area. I started seeing Erika after an Optometrist and his wife in Fort Frances started having her do injections out of their office, and I am hooked! So glad they introduced me to her! I now started having my mother go see Erika and she was thrilled with experience. Erika just really lifted my mother’s self esteem! I can’t say enough good things about this place! The staff are great too, so personable and I found everyone I met there to be so friendly! They know their stuff. I have read some of the other reviews on here critiquing... I disagree. I love Erika and her knowledge and honesty! Isn’t that the service you would want..? Would you want someone to lie to you..? I also even found that she would not recommend certain services that she didn’t feel were needed. She’s 100% genuine and honest, she’s worth the 3.5 hour drive it takes me to get to her!
