I first dealt with Sayeh by chance. I called in Allstate office in Newmarket and left a message that I need to speak to someone about insurance needs. Sure enough, on the same day, I received a call back and was impressed with Sayeh professionalism and her broad knowledge of the insurance industry. She was thorough, took her time and explained in detail all my options about my insurance needs. She made no promises, but I was pleasantly surprised that she was able to save us a considerable amount of money on our Auto and house Insurance policies. She is a very conscientious individual and is a great asset to her company, she communicates well and understands many of the insurance needs even the ones that you had never thought of. I was so impressed with her that I have passed her contacts to my friends and recommend them to use Allstate for their insurance. I would highly recommend her to anyone who would like an honest, reliable and subject matter expert insurance agent."

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mike Clarke is the best agent. He got me the best rates possible on my home and auto and gives great advice! He is the type of agent that you can contact anytime for questions or concerns. He even helped me when I got rear ended and could not find my insurance slip for the accident report! I called him and he emailed it over to me right away making a terrible situation a little less terrible! Thanks so much Mike! Highly recommend dealing with him:)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely terrible! Was a client for over 10 yers but had to cancel my policy in September as their customer service became absolutely unacceptable in the last year and a half! They don't return calls or emails, have to request the same thing multiple times. they simply don't care about their clients anymore. They also sent my account to collections agency because apparently they can't charge the final amount on the credit card on file. They made 0 attempts to advise me of the final bill amount, no call, no email, no statement, just sent it straight to the collection agency!
EDIT: I did call Antonette and left messages both on her voice mail and with her colleagues (who couldn't help either), but still no call back after 2 weeks

Following a brief chat to discuss exactly what I was looking for, he was able to send me a quote almost instantly after getting off the phone. The quote I received had greater coverage at a lower price than my previous ensurer. From initial phone call, to quote, to sending my policy and insurance slips was seamless and easy. Very pleased, Kyle was a pleasure to deal with!

The worst service
I am not satisfied with this company. They got my money they got my car from me . Every month they have taken money a big amount only for fill up their pockets. They never give us good service. I hate you Allstate. I will make my story public and will share with social media and tell them how Allstate tricked me and grab my car unfairly and not giving me what I deserved.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kyle Sansom was very helpful when it came time to get insurance for my properties and my vehicles. The price was competitive to begin with, but then bundling home and auto insurance reduced the price even more. Kyle also set me up with the drive wise app. This helped me save an additional 20+% on my auto insurance! Kyle also has answered any and all questions I ever had in a professional and timely manner. I have and always will recommend Kyle to all my friends and family who are looking for a better experience for their insurance.

Waiting on phone for over 5 hours , only to have someone answer and put me back on hold .
I have 5 cars insured with them plus my home ,
Imagine if I had to make a claim.
When all my policies are up I will definitely move to a better company, since no one cares .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After 2 years this company can't insure my vehicles because they're are owned by numbered company and through a clerical error of theirs they put the policy in my wife's name and my name so now they don't insure recreational vehicles and companies names so they're canceling three of my snowmobiles they also have to cancel my two trucks and redo the policy in the company name but one of the vehicles the MDX has apparently changed its rate somehow and they want to charge me an extra $500 but they have to cancel the original policy first which seems to be that they're canceling me so because I can't find stand alone insurance on my snowmobiles these crooks are canceling my sleds and increasing my policy on my vehicles only because of a clerical error that they've made now if I want to cancel the insurance and find other insurance that will take my snowmobiles I have to pay them a fee for cancellation but hold on weren't they canceling me these people are liars these people are crooks they're corrupt stay away from this company
