โ โ โ โ โ There is no one there at the office even though everywhere including Desjardins is open just up the street. No one answers your calls and I hanged up after waiting for 20 mins and then getting no sound like someone hanged up. Called again and left a message on their voicemail at 10:30 am it is 11:30 am and there is no response so far.

We got a good quote from him and he was able to finalize everything quickly, and was able to help us bring down the price. โ โ โ โ โ Allstate Markham used to be great. You can call into the office and be directed to their agent for any help, reason why I left all the other places like TD and Aviva. Now this whole new Call system which transfer you to this automated ones is shitacular. I called multiple times, each timing waiting over 40 minutes and still nothing. Also their automated messages volume goes up and down so you really have to blast your volume at points to hear anything. There's is no queue also to let you know how much longer you have to wait for someone to be with you. This will be the reason why allstate will lose so many of their loyal clients! Even TD meloche monnex customer service picked up at a decent time.

โ โ โ โ โ I do not recommend Allstate Insurance of Canada. Allstate claims adjusters provided 2 sub contractors for a kitchen door restoration, project to take 3 days. Now 2 years later still not complete. Silence from Allstate claims management and ombudsman
