★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Une belle expérience la première année, service rapide, cependant au renouvellement , j’ai tenté de rejoindre mon agent 22 fois, pour revoir mes polices, ne m’a jamais retourné les appels, ni courriels… vraiment une expérience désagréable, a part un courriel ou il me disait regarder le tout et me rappeler le lendemain, ce qu’il n’a pas fait. J’ai changé bien entendu de compagnie d’assurance…
 A great experience the first year, fast service, however at renewal, I tried to reach my agent 22 times, to review my policies, never returned calls or emails to me ... really an unpleasant experience, apart from one email or he would tell me to look at it all and call me back the next day, which he did not do. Of course, I changed insurance companies ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pas du tout la meilleur compagnie pour rejoindre quelqu'un. Je veux change ma police d'assurance car je suis separer de mon ex et notre assurance etais ensemble. Pas capable de rejoindre personne et un agent est sencé m'appeller depuis Lundi et ne la toujours pas fait. Quand j'appelle, il me disent que l'agent va m'appeller, vraiment des menteurs intense. Ne faite pas affaires avec eux.
Not at all the best company to join someone. I want to change my insurance policy because I am separated from my ex and our insurance was together. Not able to reach anyone and an agent is supposed to call me since Monday and still hasn't done so. When I call, they tell me that the agent will call me, really intense liars. Don't do business with them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stay away from this company!!! They are liars and they will not help you when you house gets damages. Worst company to deal with. They will find a 100 excuses and ways to not compensate you anything. Worst experience ever. I am switching companies right away. If you are with them now I strongly recommend you start shopping elsewhere and not wait until somthing happens.
