Andrew did a great job replacing some rotten wood inside the wall (carpenter ants) and then replacing/repairing the exterior as needed (insulation/plywood/vinyl siding). He is on time and does quality work. Highly recommended.

I have been partnering with Allside Exteriors for over 15 years. I have used Allside Exteriors to do all of my warranty work and he has always done an outstanding job. After a wind storm a 3 ft piece of vinyl siding flew off the rear of our house. Because of the height of our home we couldn’t reinstall the vinyl siding ourselves. I called 6 contractors and they came by and looked at where the vinyl siding had to be reinstalled and ran away. Andrew was the only one that gave us a good price and was willing to do it! Since then he has fixed our roof vents and replaced 2 large bedroom windows. If anything needs to be done in our home I always call Andrew first before I call my husband!

Andrew is the guy we call whenever we find issues with the exterior of our house. Over the years he has repaired or replaced siding, gutters, and soffits. He has also sourced and installed doors and windows for us. Andrew takes great pride in his skills and it shows in the quality of his work. He has always taken time to explain the scope of the job and how he will approach it. He then goes ahead and completes it promptly and within budget. He has always taken care of all our concerns and in particular about valuable trees and shrubs beside the house. I would wholeheartedly recommend Andrew. His work on our behalf has always been exemplary.

Andrew and Rory did a great job replacing our old vinyl siding with new Hardie board, they also replaced our soffits and trim work. Excellent quality workmanship, on time and on budget. I used Allside exterior to do my soffits on a complete house reno. It was not an easy job with high gables, and old framing to contend with. Andrew was the utmost professional. Excellent work on an unusual no-room-for-error job; on budget and on time. Andrew Pankiewicz & Allside came highly recommended from local siding distributors as the go-to guy for a demanding job. We had to choose to entirely re-side our house or put our money into some much-needed accent stonework to the back of the house and use the excess siding to infill a 2-pane patio door and raised window sill for a kitchen renovation (see new single-pane door and raised window to its right in finished photo attached). The removal and salvage of the existing siding was crucial - it was a bit brittle due to its age (35 years) with no used or new matching material available whatsoever. Too much wastage would lead to re-siding the entire house anyway. I can't emphasize enough how much care that had to go into removing and managing the available pieces of siding to minimize waste during reapplication. Andrew nailed it - he figured out how much we'd need to salvage with minimal scrap plus enough left over for a future bump-out to our dining room. Beside the back, Allside also stripped and reapplied the entire west side of the house. Poorly applied in the original 1984 build and completely exposed to sun and weather, it was buckling and flapping loose in several spots. They also did field repairs elsewhere, such as fixing a broken corner moulding without having to strip the adjacent siding. Efficient work with excellent craftsmanship and exacting standards throughout, from drip caps fabricated with end run-off guides to installing the Versetta Stone (a cast concrete product) so well that it looks like real stone. Andrew was on-time, on budget, and had the knowledge & experience to fulfill our unusual and risky project. We are extremely happy with Allside's work - the formerly big bland green block of a back looks so much aesthetically better and our entire house looks brand new!

This guy quoted me "somewhere between 4 and 5000" for a installation of a small section of vinyl siding (approx 160 sq ft) explaining that he was crazy busy. In other words, he had so much work, rather then decline or refer me to someone else, he chose to take a shot at price gouging me. Thats his character. I had the job completed by Trident Exteriors - who did an awesome job for less than half what this guy quoted.
