★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We talked to the owner and let him know we had a clog between the dishwasher and sink, he quoted us a price of 145 and change for two hours work, my boys were home and told us that the service man tried to unclog the pipe for all of 2 minutes and then he told them he had to go and get a different snake, so he came back with a snake with a camera and got the clog out, they then phoned us to let us know that it was 260. Ish instead of the 145 dollars, as they had to do the camera. If they were an honest company we feel they should have called us to let us know that they needed to use a camera to look into the pipe and that it costs more and to get our permission before doing so, this is exactly what you would expect from a reputable company we will never use this company again. We also talked to the owner about our concerns and he actually hung the phone up on us. Quite professional. Lol we are now going to the better business bureau as the owner is sending our bill to accounts receivable as he sad he doesn't want to deal with us, he said this is a common practice. All my husband asked for is that he was honest and a man of his word. Very disappointed and frustrated as my husband and I are both on disability and a 100.00 increase in a bill is not an easy thing to pay for, his reply for that was I have mouths to feed also and it's only a measley 100.00 dollars more. That 100.00 measley dollars more is going to cost my husband his MS medication so thanks alot, this is real life and it's not a joke!!!
