β β β β β James was great. He was able to fit us in short notice as we were prepping to put our house on the market. He scheduled around my familyβs needs (nap and bedtime with young ones) to install a new furnace and AC. He came back to double check the system when I had a question a week later (false alarm, nothing he did wrong). He can even hit all the notes on all the country chart toppers. All jokes aside, Iβd recommend him to any and everyone.

He installed a heater for my pool and a natural gas BBQ. It was a really big project that got stressful at times but I never had worry about the items that James had to do. I am very appreciative for all the work he did. ????????????

James made me feel super comfortable about it, and I immediately felt like I could rely on and trust him. He answered all of my questions in a knowledgeable and friendly manner. β β β β β James installed our AC Unit as well as installed a gas line to the deck for our BBQ/Fire table. The communication from James throughout the process made it an easy decision for us to have James do the installation. James showed up when he said he would and stayed until the job was finished. James has been a bright spot in our new build and I would recommend him. James went above and beyond to identify and fix a small leak from our gas fireplace inside (installed by another company). I will be using James for all of my Heating and Cooling needs moving forward.

β β β β β This week we had a new furnace and central air conditioning installed by James Allam. Dealing with Mr. Allam was a breeze from beginning to end. His communication skills are superb. He provided a detailed quote, encouraging us to seek other quotes, and explaining his process and timeline clearly. He was prompt and punctual at all times, and maintained a safety-conscious and highly organized workspace. Removal of the old furnace and its components was included, and he installed the perfect system for our needs and budget. It is running like a dream.
We were also pleased to learn that he is available to service the systems he installs.
Mr. Allam showed great pride in his work with everything finished to perfection. We would recommend him without hesitation to anyone with air conditioning or furnace needs. A five-star-plus experience from beginning to end.

β β β β β James replaced our old furnace with a new High efficiency model, installed AC and updated our remotes/thermostats for our two gas fireplaces.
James was quick to get in touch with us after we requested a quote.
He did the most thorough walk through of the inside and outside of our home prior to installation of all the people who came to give us quotes, to ensure the best placement of the AC and where to safely run the lines. He came in way under the price quoted by some of the bigger companies in town and he got the job done really fast.
Super friendly, knowledgeable and hard working. He has checked in with us to make sure all is well and that we are happy with our new investment.
We will be calling Allam Heating and Cooling for any future needs and we will be referring all our friends and family to James. Give this guy a call, you won't regret it!
