★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would give them zero stars if I could. Brought rv in to fix a fridge that wouldn't get cold. He had it there for almost 2 weeks. Called me back, said it was done. Bill was 480.00. Get it home and guess what? Fridge doesnt work! I was refunded 100.00. I left with the same problem I went in for AND was 380.00 less. Bad business to basically rip off a customer. You didnt perform the job I brought it in for and you still took 380.00.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They did an excellent job on our trailer's broken suspension. They were able to do the job in one day ( we were on a road trip), and the price was reasonable. (But you must pay in cash). We were very happy with their service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just ripped off of 90$ for a piece of rubber trim for my window. We agreed 5$ a foot (already a rip off but I was tired of running around town looking for the stuff) but yet they charged me 5.40!! It’s an extra .40 cents but at least be HONEST of what you are selling your products for. I feel like they took advantage of me knowing that I was desperate looking for the stuff. Do not recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Suspected possible bearing issues a few day before our fall vacation trip to Southern Ontario. Called Al's and they said if I get it there soon they will have a look same day or next. Having been self employed myself for many years it gave a feeling of confidence to find out the person behind the counter was the owner of the business. Long story short, Al had us ready to roll the next day, worry free. He suggested and explained some service on the spring shackles that will be required in the future that we could save some $ by doing now but didn't push or pressure the issue. Will be doing business there in the future. Quality of work, price and the fact the guy behind the counter is the owner means a lot to me.
