★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible customer service, wouldn't return my emails or update me on the design I wanted cut out, or give me any kind of time frame. They'd tell me they were on it and that they would get back to me. I'd wait a week or two without hearing from them and have to call to see how things were going, this happened four or five times.
It's been almost two months from the first day I emailed them and I still haven't gotten confirmation whether or not they are able to cut out my design.
They also told me that their computer couldn't read my file properly. Send the same file to another shop and they got back to me within the day. My file worked just fine for them so not sure whats up with that. Still waiting for this other shop to cut mine out as there are other people ahead of me but at least I have confirmation that this other place is able to help me out
