$326.55 for two replacement cables for a garage door. Snapped the one cable during the cold, needed it replaced. Guy came out, replaced both and charged me a ridiculous amount for cables!!! Didn't even readjust the garage door. Straight up cabled swap. Now when the door closes, whamo right to the ground. Had to learn. To adjust the garage door myself. He also never tightened or adjusted the springs too, so had to hire someone to do that for me too. Do not recommend

We called for a non emergency door repair today for the door at our business. We didn't expect anyone to be able to come out same-day but they were here and the job was done within 2 hours of our call. The cost was reasonable, the work was well done and most importantly our door works again. This is the second time we've used them and we wouldn't use anyone else.

I see mixed reviews, and I don't doubt the experience has been varied, but mine has been stellar. I had a patio door stuck open and the weather turning cold. I had tried another repair company first and they told me they could come out and see me in 2-3 weeks and it took 2 days of back and forth to even get them ready to book me a time slot. Frustrated, I called All Kind and they had a tech out ASAP to check out the problem and I was booked for a repair the next business day. Two guys came out and worked their tails off taking it apart and fixing it. It was a releif! The price was a few hundred dollars, but worth it for the work they did.

644.60$ FOR AN ARM FOR A PATIO DOOR So I opened a door in cold weather I should not have and the top arm bent as I tried to close the door and it needed to be replaced. Picture shows the arm that needed to be replaced. The following are the events that took place following: Job Looked at on Feb 11 2019. Removed part, returned to shop to order replacement. 119$ July 4th 2019. Assessed the door repair(again), replaced part and replaced a window crank. Overhead door Stop 59.50$ Window Hand Crank 75$ Shop Supplies 10.40$ 2 Men Labor and Travel 350$...... 644.60$ total Yes you read that correctly, 2 men to replace an arm the size of a forearm, 350$. Obviously I was outraged, especially when I was told by my girlfriend that one guy was training the other. Good to know I was being charged to train the apprentice. Invoiced July 9th. Paid July 29th. Followed up afterwards for refund. August 20th: Was told I could not see the invoice because I did not pay the bill. (I rent a condo from an owner who uses a rental agency. The payment came from the condo corporation who charged the rental agency who charged me. I paid the rental agency) Asked how to get a copy of the invoice since I paid it and lived there. Go through condo corporation, which I did. Received the invoice August 22. Followed up August 22: "I should not be paying for 2 man labor on the arm of a door that didn't come off. I shouldn't be training for employee training. After a hold was told that I would be refunded on the labor of 1 man. Great. You need to speak to Rick he will call you. August 26th Follow up Phone Call "He's not in" August 27th Follow up Phone Call "He's in a meeting" later that day Rick calls was not aware of the refund and spoke to colleagues to confirm while I was on hold. We can get you the refund but it will take time because the condo corporation paid the invoice. The following follow up phone calls were all along the lines of: "he's not here, in a meeting, he'll call you back." Oct 2 Oct 3 Oct 9 Oct 10th 4 separate times Oct 11th E-mails to the condo board, the rental company and his company and I finally receive an e-mail confirmation I will receive the refund. Nov 28th Follow up call again: "The cheque went in the mail to you personally this morning." Dec 13th Cheque Deposited It took 5 months to get a part and replace it, 3.5 months to get a refund and 10 months to complete my experience with this company.... for the arm of a door..... They treated me like I was nothing and never mattered. If I hadn't fought and followed up to harass the money out of them I never would have heard back. They clearly only care about money and have no problem overcharging customers. DO NOT TRUST THEM READ YOUR INVOICE BEFORE YOU PAY Chances are they are scamming you, so don't learn the hard way like I did

Cory visited us in the SE and we couldn't ask for a better tech to repair our door weather stripping. He was knowledgeable, friendly and his work has so far been providing the solution that we needed. When we need more services in the future we'll be sure to ask for him. About 2 hours charged for one and a half doors worth of work.

So we paid $ for a quote on a new door replacement. They never even gave me what I primarily wanted. I got a repair quote for the door and full front entrance replacement at an exorbitant price. I followed up with the salesman, Doug that what I wanted was a new door and since then he has ignored my requests. I wouldn't care but they charged me for the quote and I never even got what I asked for. This company won't be getting any business from me again.

I engaged All Kind Doors Services Ltd in December to work on two entrance doors that needed maintenance (i.e., weather-stripping and adjustments), as well as a sliding patio door that needed new rollers. The sliding patio door work was done perfectly and I'm very happy with the work performed by Colin and Cory. The two entrance doors on the other hand I'm not happy with. Steve was very pleasant and probably did the best he could under the circumstances – it was darned cold. But, after a few days, I discovered gaps remained under the door that was allowing really cold air to seep in. Not an ideal outcome for $2000. I did call Doug at the β€˜home office’ to share my concerns and left a voice message. I was even prepared to discuss replacing the two entrance doors. Of course, they had my money by then and I never heard back. Buyer beware.
