★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were told to try All Hitches by Bike Barn, our 1st great customer service experience in Penticton. Then we walked in to All Hitches and Wow! Great service. My husband walked in after our bike rack had acquired some broken straps and we nearly lost our mountain bike on the highway. They helped us immediately and with a smile. They didn't have the exact brand but found some great replacements and offered great advice! Thanks All Hitches... you saved us!

I recently had camper tie-downs and a suspension upgrade done on my truck through All Hitches and couldn't be happier! Jason made the recommendations and had the truck done and turned around the same day. If you want to deal with a company and business owner with integrity, Jason and All Hitches should be your first choice!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had to last minute cancel an appointment and also got a last minute change from my father in law that made me need to change which vehicle I would need to put the hitch on. Instead of explaining to me that he had special ordered the part and discussing it with me in a respectful way, I was hung up on. It's not the first rude and entitled interaction with this business. No, I would not shop here. Frankly, I'd rather drive to Kelowna than deal with someone who thinks that's an appropriate way to interact with someone.
Update: The 'explaining' referred to below was after I called back following being hung up on.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They did an awesome job installing a hitch on my car. Also installed a bike rack that they (luckily) had in stock. Great service, speedy and efficient. Much better price (about $200 cheaper) than some of the auto dealers in town had quoted me. Would recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came here because I’ve heard good things about this shop and they are one of the only places in town that I know of that specialize in hitches. I was having issues with the trailer light harness on my Honda Ridgeline. I called beforehand they said they were fully booked a week in advance but to come down so they could have a look and see if they could do anything for me and book me in. They ended up fixing it right away to my surprise and charged less than I was expecting. I would recommend this place to anyone. Good honest shop.
