★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DO NOT GO TO SKYLINE RV. Terrible customer service. Would rate 0 stars if I could. They overcharged us for a part, when we tried to return because we did not end up needing the part they argued with us and were very rude, basically calling us a liar. Initially said they would return for store credit but quickly reneged when we went into the store. Awful people to deal with, they have lost all our business, and will ensure no family or friends return either. Do not shop here

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a trailer 4 years ago. Awesome salesman and ownership. Willing to do whatever it takes to get what you ask for. Unfortunately this includes lieing to their customers to get the sale done.
We were told bumper to bumper warranty. They had my trailer twice the first year. both times for 4 months. the second time they actually brought my take out for me with 2 flat tires. ya. guess how much they actually fixed!! NOTHING!!
When my wife(my reasonable half) tried talking to the owner, he treated her very unrespefully. I still remember him saying to her(now you listen to me lady)
Its been 4 years but I still pity anyone who decided to shop at this store of lies.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DO NOT SHOP HERE! Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever received. When trying to sort out a return of a product we no longer needed it was a nightmare. We were also quoted the lowest price from in town dealers and online sellers by skyline only to be charged $80 more than initially told. Initially I had sent an email with no reply and to be told in the store "oh I saw that email". I guess they don't find it important to reply. I finally went to the store to deal with this and was told i had to come back at 8 am the next day to see the owner. The lady at the counter spoke to him and basically offered no help over the phone. I have a baby and it isn't possible to run into the city at their convenience. I left the owner multiple messages and finally had a returned phone call after a few days. When dealing with the return finally we were told the part had been used, they must have sold it to us used as it never left our vehicle. I was talked down to and basically told I was disrespectful for finding a lower price and a liar. I will never shop or support this business again after having used them for repairs and storage. They definitely are not concerned with treating customers properly and fairly. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME, ELDORADO IS MUST MORE FRIENDLY AND HAVE A MUCH CLEANER STORE.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have been with Skyline for a couple years now and although sometimes it’s busy and things don’t get done as fast as we want them, Skyline has always come through for us. We had an accident with our motorhome this summer and they have been super helpful in getting it back on the road. My husband has spent lots of time Brian, with the mechanics, getting information and advice, etc. Bev is amazing as always...they really do get the job done! I his is our second motorhome with Skyline and we will continue to be loyal to them!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purchased this 08 Four Winds 28 foot MH from these folks for $35,000, overpriced but they are hard to find. Our sales person was Bev (typical used car salesperson so be careful). Paid in cash so no incentive on their part for after sale service. I had to replace the shower and called for information on where to get one. When she (Bev) heard who was on the phone, she got off the line and did not return the call as she said she would. If you care about service, there are better places to deal. Centerline RV has given me great service and do return my calls.
