After speaking with Anoop over the phone regarding a repair to my washing machine, he scheduled me in for the following day between 9-12 PM. Unfortunately no one showed and I called at 12:30 to find out if a technician was still coming. At that point we decided for the technician to come around 3 PM the same day as the technician was delayed and once again, no one showed up, no call or text and I could not get a hold of anyone via the business line when I called at 6 PM. I spent all day waiting around and was extremely disappointed for the disregard for my time and the utter lack of communication. I’d be concerned to have a repair done and not be able to get a hold of someone if there was a future issue or for warranty of a part.

I received a follow up text and once I explained the issue a rate was provided. Once we confirmed the issue I was advised to unplug the refrigerator for 12 hours in order to allow the ice to defrost and the technician would be there the following morning. Yhe technician arrived in a timely manner and completed the job quickly. The refrigerator is now working well as if it did not need to be repaired! Highly recommend!
S	Shash Anand on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Anop arrived within 2 hours of calling him. He checked our A/C from the outside and then quickly determined the issue was the motor in the furnace. After opening everything up, he tried to fix a few things but the motor itself needed to be replaced. He ordered the unit and replaced the motor as soon as he got it! A/C is working great! He wore a mask the entire time, was in and out very quickly. I will certainly call him back for any other repairs needed.
