Highly recommend...was so good with our high anxiety Mastiff while trimming her nails. Very impressed and he will definitely be the only person we will be taking her to from now on.

I took a grooming starter course when I first got my dog 10 yrs ago with the owner Richard, as I wanted to be able to groom her myself. It was supposed to be 2 people at a time with Richard at his grooming salon but the other person cancelled and I was the only one at his shop with my little puppy, she was probably 6 mths old at that time. When Richard was showing me how to groom my dog I found him to be very impatient, he did not handle my dog with care and was very rough with her and at one point because she wasn't listening to him, he actually hit her with his hand right in front of me. I was so in shock and appalled that he did this, that I didn't know how to react. Now can you imagine what he does with animals in his care when you aren't there? Very scary to think of but I would not put it past him. He does breed BIchon Frise and has them at his place but also what turned me off from the obvious which has been already stated is that he was smoking inside his shop, really classy place huh. That's a no no to me. I would NOT trust this person in any way with any animal. I don't care how long you say you've been a groomer for. Also, the previous person who wrote a review saying how rude he is. He is that much worse in person. If it wasn't that I already had paid to get a grooming lesson and would not get a refund for it, I would have cancelled in a heart beat. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS SO CALLED GROOMER! He isn't worth your trust or money for the suffering or the abuse of your beloved pet as he clearly showed me while I was there for maybe a few hrs. I couldn't wait to be out of there with my dog. Richard if you're ready this why don't you do us all a favor and retire already and stop abusing animals like you did with mine. She was only a pup and you didn't even have the patience with her while I was right there. Totally unacceptable, you need to go! Also for the record I would give you 0 stars but it won't let me do that!

Took my Lhasa Pom there had terrible customer service was so rude about my dog and then picked him up and they did the most horrendous job I’ve ever seen on a dog keep in mind I payed 90$ plus a 5$ tip
