I used to call it his "Super Power". When I was working as a receptionist at Century 21 Energy Realty back in 2011, I used to ask him, "Hey Kevin, what do you know about (insert property address here)?" I contracted my services to him which formed a continuation of contact. During the project he was very informative, easy to communicate with and very prompt on contract completion pay out. I then seen our dream property and low and behold Kevin was the listing agent. Very convenient as we are already familiar and formed a base of respect and trust.
