★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just having switched over there was a mistake made that I would have paid mountains for, if I had not caught it. They were very on-the-ball to try to correct it once I made it known but I had to take one star off for doing my own leg work. What if I hadn't found the mistake?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After calling and trying to get a policy done up I was dealt with very rudely and very unprofessional. Not only this but I never received a call back after giving my information. Wouldn’t trust this place and don’t think you should.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a terrible experience with Wendy today. We had to call 5 times before we were able to reach her. Once we did reach her she was rude and snotty. Told us after 4:30pm she was not working on an insurance policies. We had to send her the vehicle information twice and she didn't even respond to our emails. As a dealer I have dealt with Tanya's a number of times. But after today I will no longer recommend my customers there due to the ricmsk of reaching Wendy. We provide the best quality of customer service and want our customers to receive the same when we refer them to insurance places!
