From the wonderful world of true angels, the boss is a kind man and he manages to satisfy his customers. We had a car breakage on the highway, the trailer took us there and then they put the job aside to help us out, my wife, me and 2 babies.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Je faisais de la route lorsque soudainement je sens une vibration dans mon volant accompagné d'un bruit de claquement. Je me range immédiatement sur le bord de la 40 et constate que certaines noix sont lousses sur mes roues. Je serre aussi bien que je peux avec la barre sur le bord de la 40, mais admettons-le, je ne suis pas assez forte pour assurer ma propre sécurité par la suite sur la route. Je répète l'opération 3 autres fois en m'arrêtant à chaque fois sur la 40 pour resserrer les roues. Je constate qu'il est impossible que je me rende à destination de cette manière (il ne reste 2h30 à faire !). Je regarde alors le garage le plus près: alignement Laforge. Je me rend sur place et malgré un horaire chargé, il me passe entre deux. Il lift ma voiture, s'assure que mes roues sont bien serrées, et en plus il vérifie la pression dans mes pneus. On m'a laissé entré mon chat dans la réception (qui était déjà trop stressé dû à mes péripéties précédentes sur la 40 :p). Il m'annonce ensuite après les vérifications sur n'a voiture qu'il m'offre ce temps, gracieuseté du garage. J'ai pu repartir en SÉCURITÉ pour les 2h30 de route qui me restait, et ceci est inestimable :). Je n'en revenais tout simplement pas. J'ai reçu un service IMPECCABLE. Gentil, courtois, attentionné, ce garage prend le temps de vous écouter et de vous donner un bon service. Si j'étais du coin, j'en ferais mon garage de choix, malheureusement j'habite trop loin pour y retourner. Si vous êtes en train de lire mon commentaire, c'est parce que vous n'avez pas encore sélectionné votre garage; n'hésitez plus, contactez-les !
I was driving when suddenly I felt a vibration in my steering wheel accompanied by a clicking noise. I immediately pull over to the edge of the 40 and see that some nuts are loose on my wheels. I'm squeezing as well as I can with the bar on the side of the 40, but let's face it, I'm not strong enough to ensure my own safety afterwards on the road. I repeat the operation 3 more times, stopping each time on the 40 to tighten the wheels. I see that it is impossible for me to get to my destination in this way (there is only 2h30 to go!). I then look at the nearest garage: Laforge alignment. I go there and despite a busy schedule, it passes me in between. He lifts my car, makes sure my wheels are tight, plus he checks the pressure in my tires. I was allowed to enter my cat in the reception (who was already too stressed due to my previous adventures on the 40: p). He then announces to me after the checks on his car that he is offering me this time, courtesy of the garage. I was able to leave in SAFETY for the 2h30 of road that I had left, and this is invaluable :). I just couldn't believe it. I received IMPECCABLE service. Nice, courteous, attentive, this garage takes the time to listen to you and provide you with good service. If I were from the area, I would make it my garage of choice, unfortunately I live too far away to go back.
