★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Centrally located. Older furniture and equipment, sparse but clean. There's a loud sound like vacuuming that goes on and off throughout the day and night, supposedly is an old heating unit but becomes quite irritating and can interrupt sleep, so not the best fit for light sleepers and people with young children.
