There is no difference between the immigration officers processing my PR application and this office. Totally irresponsible. If you guys are busy, hire more manpower to avoid this excuse.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I reached out to their office last year regarding an issue with my permanent residence application. They gave me an update on the status, and I was told to contact/email them again after 3 months to get another update. I waited more than 3 months and sent them an email twice, but I didn't hear anything from them anymore, not even an acknowledgment that they received my email. I just felt ignored & I'm really disappointed. Meanwhile, I hear many other people who are in the same situation as I am, who live in other areas in Toronto, who are getting timely response from their MP's office.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointing service, in public they say they care about family of victims of flight PS752 but when it comes to action to take care of us mentally they ignore us. After 6 months of wait and uncertainty (never gave us update or at least replied back to our emails) they closed our case yesterday without any more details. Actually it wasn't my first unsuccessful experience with them, you always receive ignorance from them . I had no other options as I live in Willowdale.
