T	Tyler Hall on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A beautiful off the grid Lodge on the edge of Algonquin park. We went in February to do snow shoeing and had an absolutely wonderful time. The food was great, there is a out door hot tub as well as a sauna to warm up on cool evenings. Plenty of nearby trails to explore. The rooms are small, but comfy. This was my second year there and I hope to be back again. If you're looking for a weekend of out door fun and relaxation, this would be a great choice to get away and be unplugged and relax!

If you want to spend sometime in the middle of nature away from the busy lives and societal norms we have become so accustomed to (even like daily use of social media) staying here for some time is a great way to detox and the staff make you feel right at home despite, in my case, being so far from it! A great off-grid experience, I would(and do!)recommend it to anyone! Sam- Manchester, UK
J	Jeff Mooallem on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a great getaway. We were off the Internet for two nights which felt like finally I was unplugged. The lodge is very comfortable and social. We met new people and, over breakfast and dinner, and in the evening playing Trivial Pursuit or a jigsaw puzzle and wine, reconnected with real people. Robin prepared great meals for us and gave us stories of the place in earlier years. He'll help you with whatever you need to enjoy your stay. The cross-country ski trails are very well maintained and lots of fun. And very reachable for most skiing abilities. Highly recommended.

M	M S on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing views and trails, very clean, friendly staff, and meals are delicious! The cabin area has no phone reception and they don’t offer wifi. If you need a digital detox, then this is the place to be!
M	Matt Everingham on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing place. Robin was super accommodating, we went here for my mother's 60th she has early onset Alzheimer's and has been talking about doing this for years. Robin and his team made sure we will have memories to last even when she forgets. They have so much to offer we didn't even scratch the surface. Don't pack electronics as they there's no connection but there are plenty of games to play if the weather is bad. The food is plentiful and tasty and the guys made special accomodations if needed. We are all considering if we can get back again soon with more of the family. I know my son would have loved it.

How about welcoming guests who had their shots more than 6 months ago, no problem right? Pfizer officially stated that vaccine protection doesn't work after 5-6 months and two doses don't protect against Omicron, but this place chose to discriminate people according to their vaccination status without any scientific proof. We are fully vaccinated, but don't support discrimination. Not coming.
