★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolute health hazard, run by landlords that refuse to do maintenance - they would rather you take them to court.
The townhouses have been known by the community to be riddled with black mold, since the 90's. Many people have ongoing health issues due to living there, confirmed by their doctors. The place should be condemned. When a tenant moves out, they paint with killz and cover it up. The structure is rotting and black, which you can see when you look into the walls. Nevermind the druggies, fights, MCFD calls etc. which constant with a lot of the residents, you should stay away if you value your health.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Welbec properties will illegally keep your deposits! I left the unit better then when it was rented to us and they are not returning any portion without filing for rtb! DO NOT RENT HERE! There are so many issues I don’t even know where to begin! Certainly never felt safe n secure there! The management is never around and they do nothing about the real issues!
Save yourself the headache and do not rent from them wherever you are!
