I was a bit apprehensive that I wouldnt be comfortable doing something new and out of my comfort zone. But I can honestly say that physically and mentally I have benefited so much. I can see a great improvement in my confidence, posture, flexibility and over all health and fitness. 5 stars from me. :)

He is truly gonna be looking after your best interest, and adapts to your needs, understands many thing about how to work with you and creates an environment where you are going to feel comfortable learning no matter what your level is. If you are struggling with other things outside of MMA he can also be your guide and with MMA mixed with his knowledge you for sure are going to see big improvements and changes for good in your life. My cardio improved so much, my upper body strength skyrocketed from what it was previously. He is professional, patient, courteous.
